Although I was only staying for transit during my travels, I found two features of the hotel to be quite impressive. the database mentioned that the nearest airport is just 45 km away from the accommodation. This proximity made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my flight without any hassle. the database provided accurate information about the hotel, allowing me to make an informed decision and ensuring that my expectations were met.

The hotel was beautiful with plenty of spotless and lovely rooms. Location: the venue was close to town centre and nature and organic materials. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Restaurante a Taska, ate there once or twice.

Convenient location just a stone's throw from the Roman Bridge and within an easy stroll to great dining spots. the room was super clean and had a nice little balcony to enjoy the view 🌿.

A remarkable, calm, and relaxing stay. Super clean and well-equipped room. Private herb garden and terrace. Outstanding breakfast with natural yoghurt, granola, and coffee. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Unique experience for independent visitors. Thank you for letting us stay!

We had an amazing stay at Altanure - Almatere Food Forest Boutique! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Veronique, made us feel welcome and provided all the information we needed. Our room on the top floor was beautifully decorated and had a serene atmosphere. the highlight was definitely the plant-filled terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the tranquility. the breakfasts were outstanding, with a variety of fresh fruits, homemade bread, cheeses, and even vegan options specially prepared for me. the location was convenient, with a short walk to the main square and nearby restaurants. Altanure provided a calm and relaxing environment with excellent service and delicious breakfasts.

The spacious twin/double room at Altanure-Almatere Food Forest Boutique Hotel was amazing! It had a cozy and comfortable feel, with a lovely terrace offering beautiful garden views. The air conditioning was a plus, especially during hot days. And the walk-in shower in the private bathroom was so refreshing!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the tiled floor in the twin/double room. But hey, that's just my preference and others might actually like it!

The room features coffee/tea making machines, a sitting area, a writing desk, and an exceptionally comfortable bed, plus a marvelous breakfast catering well to vegans served by helpful and thoughtful staff.

The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room.

The twin/double room was very tranquil and had a balcony. the location in Tavira is easy and particularly good, close to restaurants and the river as well as the Algarve region.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options for vegans and vegetarians. The homemade breads, vegan cheese, and fresh fruit from the hotel's food forest were all delicious. The staff, especially Ana and her team, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has little touches everywhere that make it feel special. The plants surrounding the hotel are stunning. I would definitely come back here in the future!
